Acey Customer Additional Services for Monitoring
Customer Activity Reports -
You can keep track of all monitored activity on your account with customer activity
reports. This service can help you keep closer track of your business, even when you can’t
physically be there. Using this unique management tool, we can monitor the exact time your
business opens and closes every day. We can also tell you who disabled the alarm system at
the start of the day, and who set it again at night. These reports can be provided on a
daily/weekly/monthly/custom schedule by fax,email or postal mail.
Supervised Open/Close Schedule -
Ever had an employee forget to arm the alarm system at the end of the night? No problem!
With a supervised open/close schedule our monitoring station will notify you if your alarm
system is not armed or disarmed at the appropriate time. You can also restrict after hours
opens/closes. This can be useful to allow only designated people to be able to arm/disarm
the system during specified hours.
Event Notification -
You can be notified immediately of any monitored event (open/close,alarm, trouble, zone
bypass, etc.) by email, text message to cell phone or pager. One popular use of this feature is
